We recommend washing the New Orchard organic cotton winter hat by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C. We strongly recommend that you do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean it, as this may result in the fabric becoming brittle or the product becoming distended.Origin:

Are they waterproof?
Our boots stay waterproof up to 2.5 hours in the rain or snow. Apply a water-repellent spray once at least once month for continuous protection.
How to clean them?
To clean the vegan leather,
gently wipe it down with a damp cloth. Be careful not to rub too much! We advise against using any cleaning products (such as soap, polish, or other treatments), as these may cause damage.
The insole can be washed in a washing machine at 30° Celsius on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.
What are they made of?
Top of our boots are made of recycled microfiber that is breathable and solvent-free. The inside is made of kenaf – natural material made of banana waste so it the insole (that is washable and removable).
Do they fit the size?
Yes, our boots fit the EU size, however we always recommend checking our size chart or contact us for advisory.
Do you offer discounts?

Can I return/exchange the shoes?
Yes, you have14 days to change your mind. If 14 days have gone by since your received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Procedure
To return/exchange your shoes, you have to register it online at our website.
Clients who already have an account, have to login and use 'Return' option visible in your order.
Clients who don't have account, have to login via link (Log in - The New Orchard). After entering the email address used for placing an order, the one time password code will be sent to this email address. After login, the client can use 'Return' option and register it.
Can I adopt a dog?
Adopting a dog is a huge responsibility, but at the same time one of the greatest things that you can do in your life. If you are looking for a pet for adoption, we will be happy to connect you with adoption organisations we cooperate with. It will give you the guarantee that your dog is well taken care of as well as a verified adoption process.
